Success story | Non profit Residency obtained through legal action
✨ Today we want to share a story that fills us with pride. Yazid, a client and friend from Algeria, finally obtained his residency in Spain after facing a major obstacle: the initial rejection of his application. However, thanks to his perseverance and the support of our team, we managed to reverse the situation through the courts.
The process was not easy:
👉 The consulate initially denied his application
👉 It was necessary to take the case to the High Court of Justice of Madrid
✅ Ultimately, the Court ruled in his favor and the consulate issued his residency visa
