DIGITAL NOMAD RESIDENCY SERIOUS MISTAKES YOU MUST AVOID
By: Antonio Villena
⚠️ One of the most common mistakes when applying for the digital nomad residency permit in Spain is thinking that having contracts with Spanish companies will make the process easier. However, the regulations state that you cannot earn more than 20% of your income from Spanish companies.
⚠️ Another common mistake is trying to apply for residency for the whole family without demonstrating sufficient financial capacity. If your company does not generate enough revenue to cover the salary or profits needed to support your family, it is advisable to first apply only for yourself. Once you are established in Spain and can prove that you have the financial means to support your family, you can then apply for their inclusion.
🔍 Avoid these mistakes and ensure a successful application with the right guidance. If you want to learn more, we invite you to watch the full video on our YouTube channel, where we explain these and other common mistakes in more detail.
