On one hand: Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, of legal age and with ID number xx.xxxxxxx X, as the manager of the entity "Xxxxxx XXXxxx" with tax identification number 123456 and address for notifications: xxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx, x-x-x xxxxx, Málaga, Spain, hereinafter referred to as "Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx".

First

Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx undertakes to provide the following services: Processing the residence application with the Spanish consulate or the Spanish Administration on behalf of the Client.

Second

The Client agrees to provide Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx with any required documentation and to provide their signature when necessary, without which the completion of the entrusted service would not be possible.

Fourth

Similarly, the Client agrees, if necessary, to grant a notarized power of attorney or authorization in favor of Mr. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, to carry out any necessary procedures with the Spanish administration, including consulates, Immigration Office, police, etc.

Fifth

Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to resolve any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract.
