The new immigration regulations offer different advantages for social integration or social integration training in Spain and we tell you below how to take advantage of them.
Thanks to the recently approved new immigration regulations, it has never been easier to gain access to becoming legally registered in Spain.
1. Social integration
With this new law, companies or self-employed workers in Spain are not required to offer a contract of employment for a person with social integration, in which they have economic solvency, nor is it required that the contract be of at least one year’s duration or indefinite, as they allow it to be temporary, you can even request that the contract is only 20 hours a week in case you have minor children or elderly people in your care.
2. Social integration training
With regard to the social integration training , you are allowed to repeat the training course in case you have not passed it, this course can have a duration of 200 hours but always in person and you can also do an internship with a company, a very interesting aspect as you can get a financial reward in the form of aid for transport or as a scholarship.
