Party One: Mr. Antonio Villena, of legal age and with ID number xx.xxxxxxx X, as the manager of the entity "Xxxxxx XXXxxx" with tax identification number 123456, and address for notifications: xxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx, x-x-x xxxxx, Málaga, Spain, hereinafter referred to as "Party One."
Both parties acknowledge having the necessary capacity to enter into this Service Lease contract, and they act on their own behalf and right, in accordance with the following:
STIPULATIONS
Firstly.-
Party One, Xxxxxxx, undertakes to provide the following services: Processing of residency with the Spanish consulate or the Spanish Administration on behalf of the Client.
Secondly.-
The "CLIENTE" undertakes to provide the Xxxxxxx with any required documentation and to facilitate their signature when necessary, as without these obligations, it would not be possible to carry out the entrusted service.
Thirdly.-
The "CLIENTE" agrees to make payment for the services rendered according to the following conditions:
- An amount of xxxx € shall be paid at the time of signing this contract.
- An amount of xxxx € shall be paid once the documentation is delivered and accepted by the Spanish consulate in the client's country of residence, or when processed from Spain, if applicable.
- An amount of xxxx € shall be paid once the residence is approved.
Payments under this contract may be made by bank transfer or in cash, properly documented with a receipt.
Fourthly.-
Likewise, the Client agrees, if necessary, to grant a notarial power of attorney or authorization to Don Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, to carry out any necessary procedures with the Spanish administration, including consulates, Immigration Office, police, etc.
