Thanks to the new law on foreigners, it has never been easier to come to Spain to study and work, so we are going to explain how a non-EU foreigner can come to Spain to study, as well as explaining how you can bring your family to Spain, wife and children.

In addition, at the same time as studying in Spain, this also implies residence for work, which opens up many possibilities for the person coming to study in Spain.

Below, we will explain the different options for studying in Spain.

The two main options to be able to study in Spain are to have completed university studies or to have finished high school.

If you have completed university studies, you can do a master’s degree related to your university studies or any other type of studies.

If you have completed the baccalaureate, you can do a higher degree in Spain in many different modalities.

If you want to do a university master’s degree and you have completed your university studies, you need the educational centre where you are going to do the master’s degree to admit you for enrolment, which would be enough to be able to study in Spain.

In the case of non-Spanish speakers, many master’s degrees are also offered in English, which makes it easier for non-Spanish speakers to come to Spain to study.

If you want to study a higher degree in Spain and you have completed the baccalaureate, the procedure for coming to study in Spain is as follows, which we are going to explain below.

First, we must homologate the baccalaureate degree, but it is not necessary to wait for the baccalaureate degree to be finally homologated, it will be enough to have a receipt indicating that the degree has been admitted for processing to be homologated, this homologation process can take a year but only this receipt will be necessary to avoid waiting.
