b ) Citizens of foreign nationality :

 Birth certificate and single status or no record of marriage to you.

 Affidavit of the person concerned is your current marital status ( unmarried , divorce or widowhood ) in tramitador applications for registration in the Register of couples actually referring to the Mayor , Councilor or officer appointed by him .
