In this post we are going to talk about how to proceed if the children are over 18 years old but are not able to apply for joint residence with the parents.

There is more than one way for these cases and in general they are usually simple procedures. So even if you can’ t apply for the joint residence you can always resort to another option such as requesting a stay for studies, as long as the parents who have the residence are in charge of the maintenance of the children.
