Permanent Residence Renovation of the Spanish residence

Permanent Residence Renovation of the Spanish residence
It does not make sense to obtain residency in Spain if it is not possible to renew it until permanent residence is obtained.
The basic foundation of granting residency in any country is to actually reside in the country that grants it.
Spain grants the first residence (both lucrative and non-profit) for one year, which can be renewed after ten months.
The second residence is granted for two years, as well as the third, from that moment if the periods of stay have been fulfilled a permanent residence is granted which is already an acquired right that is not lost.
Minimum periods of stay are established, and these periods of stay are analyzed each time the residence is renewed, in order to grant or not renew it.
For the renewal, a minimum stay in the country is required; six months each year and to obtain permanent residence that has not left the country more than 10 months in the last five years.
There are exceptions to this regulation, such as large investors (purchase of housing for more than € 500,000, purchase of Spanish public debt, etc. ..) and other types of exceptions that are given without the need for large investments.
The commitment with all our clients is to obtain the renewals of the residence until they and their family obtain permanent residence in Spain and Schengen territory.
