Non-working residence in Spain, or also called non-profit residence, is the best option for applying for residence in Spain.

First of all, it is important that the person who wants to apply for residency does not have a criminal record and is not in an irregular situation in Spain. It is also necessary to have health insurance to be covered in case of health problems.    

1. STUDENTS.   

The most feasible of all is the student residence.    

You must have already obtained a university degree and have an acceptable and stable academic performance.   

With these studies, the student can do a master’s degree for a minimum of 6 months in Spain and, once completed, he or she can take a sabbatical year during which he or she will have to start working or do an internship in a company.    

There is also the possibility for the person to create their own business in order to be able to demonstrate the economic income necessary for their subsistence in the country.    

2. SALE OF REAL ESTATE.   

Another way to justify income is the sale of real estate that you own.

3. GIFT OR INHERITANCE
