By: Antonio Villena
The new immigration regulations allow you to come to work in Spain even if you are in your country of origin.
The recently approved immigration regulation on foreigners allows you to come and work in Spain as a non-EU national in your country of origin.
Table of contents:
1. New immigration regulations
The new immigration regulations recently approved allows you to come to Spain to work in a simpler way.
This new regulation establishes that both Spanish companies and the self-employed can hire personnel who are outside Spain in their country of origin, i.e. non-EU personnel who are in their country of origin.
This change in the regulations is due to the fact that more than half of Spanish companies have difficulties to bring in staff or labour, as the preamble of the new law states.
We are not only talking about specialised labour, but also unskilled personnel who require little training, such as waiters or transporters, as well as, of course, a lack of specialised or university-qualified personnel, such as computer programmers or administrative staff, among other jobs.
2. Our job bank
The procedure to be able to work in Spain is simple and we have created on our own website a job bank where you can upload your professional profile and your CV, so that Spanish companies can locate you in a much quicker and easier way.
